  1. Divorced my ex. Seriously. It took about 5 years to complete the transition, but I found the strength and freedom to completely love and accept myself…which NEVER would have been allowed if I had stayed. And that applies for my children as well.

  2. Going for daily morning walk, at my own pace, followed by Yoga.
    I am living in the middle of Shanghai where people scream on top of their lungs when they talk, I need my 2 hours of peace and quiet so I can smile to them 🙂

  3. The nicest thing was loving myself. Love is amazing and transformational, it’s like a master key for all the locks in your life. it opens the locks of forgiveness, laughter, acceptance, healing, protection.. I could go on. The root of everyone’s response is love. CJ from MoreLemonsPlease

  4. Re-devoted myself to my faith in God. I realized that I can’t control my life ( despite my efforts) and putting God first is a good thing for me.
